Ballet Camp: Classical ballet technique taught in a fun atmosphere which is open to a wide range of ages. The class will be broken up into groups so the children can learn at their own pace. At the end of class the groups will reunite to perform a routine.

Pointe: En pointe (pointe) means "on the tip" and is a part of classical ballet technique, usually practiced using specially reinforced shoes called pointe shoes or toe shoes. Shoes must be purchased prior to the start of class.

BalleTone: Ballet class for adults. You will learn classical ballet technique and why ballet exercises are great for achieving that long, lean sculpted look of a dancer. You will also work on flexibility and core strength.

U Can Dance Program: Creative movement for children with special needs.

Hip Hop Camp: Hip Hop technique taught in a fun atmosphere which is open to a wide range of ages. The class will be broken up into groups so the children can learn at their own pace. At the end of class the groups will reunite to perform a routine.

Cardio Dance: Basic Hip Hop, Jazz and Latin Dance forms are use to create small routines done consecutively to create a super fun, fat burning class. Focus on core strength and get the abs you always wanted with out doing a single crunch!

Yoga: Relax and let go! Be in the now and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where we stretch and meditate. Perfect for beginners.
